- 1/4 cup of mandarin orange Smirnoff
- 1/4 cup sherry wine
- 4 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- sprinkle of garlic powder
- sprinkle of crushed black peppercorns
- sprinkle of dried parsley
- a pinch red pepper flakes
Directions:
Mix everything together. Add the slices of pork into the marinade. Slice the pork 1/4 inch or a little bit thicker. Marinate overnight or 2-4 hours before grilling, and be sure to grill both sides.
