Early Spring Session: February 27 - April 20 (8 weeks)

515-250-6287 and indicate which class(es) you would like to register for - space is limited so sign up soon.  Payment is due at the time of your first class. 

Real Fitness Class combines a variety of exercises; from kickboxing and kickboxing bag work to kettlebells, resistance bands, plyometrics and core strengthening, for an intense total-body workout.  Participants need to provide their own boxing gloves and hand wraps.
Evenings:
      • Mondays, 6:15-7:00 p.m. OR 7:15-8:00 p.m., $40
      • Wednesdays, 6:15-7:00 p.m. OR 7:15-8:00 p.m., $40
      • Thursdays, 7:15-8:00 p.m., $40
Mornings:
      • Tuesdays, 5-5:45 a.m., $40
      • Thursdays, 5-5:45 a.m., $40
      • Fridays, 5-5:45 a.m., $40
Saturday classes will continue on a weekly sign up basis, $5 per class (sign up at the studio).  

Strength Class will be 35 minutes focused on muscular strength and endurance training using resistance bands, kettlebells and your own body weight.  This is a great toning class sure to rev up your metabolism.
    • Tuesdays, 7:15-7:50 p.m., $35
    Yoga class is temporarily on hold.  Stay tuned for more information on Yoga returning to the schedule.
