Want to start eating healthier but just not sure where to start? Need some accountability to eat right? If so, the Define program may be just what you need. Define is an intense 8-week program focused on learning how to eat healthy for life.
- Define will include 4 group meetings on Sunday evenings at 5:30 p.m.:
- Meetings will begin with measurements: body composition, weight, body circumferences.
- Meeting topics will include:
- Participants will receive a nutrition challenge to follow between meetings.
- Weekly emails will be sent to help keep participants on track.
- All participants receive a Define program binder with nutrition education, goal setting worksheets, measurement charts, food journals, and healthy recipes.
Remember, this is Real Fitness so the program is designed to teach "real" people how to eat "real" food and how to incorporate healthy eating into their "real" lives for the rest of their life.
