Grilled Cheeseburger Wraps
1 pound lean ground beef1 TBSP worcestershire sauce1 TBSP ketchup1 TBSP grated parmesan cheese1 tsp dried onion flakes1/8 tsp pepper1/8 tsp salt6 100% whole grain tortilla shells/wraps5 slices cheese of your choice (use actual cheese not stuff in wrapped in individual plastic wrap)2 roma tomatoes, sliced1 cup romaine lettuceadditional ketchup (optional)mustard (optional)
In a medium to large skillet coated with cooking spray cook the beef on medium until almost cooked through, breaking it up as it cooks.
Add worcestershire, ketchup, parmesan, onion flakes, salt and pepper to the beef. Mix together until thoroughly combined. Continue cooking until beef is no longer pink.
In the center of the wrap place a slice of cheese and 1/4 cup of the beef mixture. Add tomato and lettuce and extra mustard and ketchup if you are using. Roll* the wrap up and place on indoor grill. Grill until cheese is melted and there are nice grill marks on both sides of the wrap.
Approximately 400 calories per wrap.
*Tip: if you have problems with the wrap tearing when you roll it up, microwave it for 8-10 seconds before filling and rolling.
